Bamboo Plyboard Features

• Bamboo construction board is high strength and good toughness. The static strength is 8 to 10 times than wood board, 4 to 5 times than wood plyboard, can reduce the number of board support.

• Bamboo plyboard is wide, less patchwork. Standard sheet size is 2440 x 1220 mm, equivalent to 6.6 pieces of 1500 x 300 mm of steel formwork, can save removal time.

• Bamboo plyboard for construction is smooth surface, easy to remove from the mold. Bamboo plyboard is film faced, the adsorption of concrete is only 1/8 of steel formwork.

• Bamboo construction board is water resistance. Board doesn't split after boiled three hours and board doesn't swear in the concrete curing process.

• Bamboo plyboard is anticorrosion and anti-moth-eaten.

• Thermal conductivity of bamboo plyboard is 0.14-0.16 meters, far less than the thermal conductivity of steel formwork, is conducive to winter construction insulation.

• Bamboo plyboard is recycling, both surface and bottom can be used, with correct using for the board, recycled time is up to 10-30 times.
